Shelley is the third owner of Madisonbelle. She took over the retail store to fulfill a personal dream. At the time of purchase, the store had seen diminishing sales and a lack of return customers. She is located in a historic downtown that is known for poor foot traffic and stores need to be destination-drivenstores.
Trying to recreate the feel that the original owner had created, she needed to recapture the past shoppers and reintroduce them to the new additions in the shop. Furthermore, she wanted to create awareness to a much broader audience and make the shop a destination.
Our team created a strategic plan to target former shoppers and reintroduce them to the new styles, brands, and items available. We also expanded brands and size offerings to reach a greater audience in the area.
As her audience grew, we created an eCommerce website for shopping, social media groups on style, and planned events to bring people into the store.
In 2020, even with the shutdown, this retail location has met its sales goals for the year and is exceeding revenue expectations. Check out their new SITE!
